  • Kibbeh Mekliyeh

    Kibbeh or kibbe is an Levantine dish made of bulghur, minced onions and lamb. The best-known variety is a torpedo-shaped fried croquette stuffed with minced lamb.
  • Falafel, Hummus Veg Platter

  • Kusa-bil-laben

    Kousa Mahshi or Stuffed Marrows is squash or zucchini stuffed with rice and meat. It is made in, Egypt, Syria, Lebanon, the Palestinian territories, Iraq, Jordan, and Cyprus.[citation needed] This dish is served hot as a main course. In Syria, this dish is flavored with mint and garlic. In Cyprus, the flowers of the marrow are also stuffed.

  • Chicken Sheesh Taouk

    is a traditional Arabic and Turkish shish (brochette), which can also be found in Syrian, Palestinian, Jordanian, Lebanese, Egyptian and Iraqi cuisines, but is made in kabab houses in many cities around the world. The dish consists of cubes of chicken that are marinated, then skewered and grilled. Common marinades are based upon yogurt and lemon juice or tomato puree, though there are many variations. Shish taouk is typically eaten with toum (garlic paste).
  • Lamb Shank Mansaf (Check with Kitchen)

    Mansaf is a traditional Jordanian dish made of lamb cooked in a sauce of fermented dried yogurt and served with rice or bulgur. It is the national dish of Jordan.   • Lamb Kifta in Tahini or Tomato reduction

    Ground lamb balls grilled and served with either tahini sauce(white) or tomato based sauce(red) and topped of with almonds. It is served on top of rice or as a side to Arabian rice.
  • Fatteh macdous(Eggplant+Lamb Casserole)

    The eggplant is sliced open and stuffed with lamb. The word fatteh means "to crumble" in Arabic and this is the idea behind this dish. Bread that is somewhat stale is crumbled, toasted, and layered with a variety of ingredients including a yogurt sauce and some fried pine nuts. This fatteh is an eggplant and minced lamb version.
